Bringing a newborn home is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. As a postpartum doula, I provide gentle, knowledgeable support to help you navigate the postpartum period which includes recovery support, mental and emotional support, newborn care education and support, as well as helping you and your family ease into your new life with your baby.
Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I’m here to answer questions, share practical tips, and give you peace of mind so you can focus on your recovery and bonding with your little one. My goal is to make those first weeks and months less stressful and more joyful for your entire family.
The main focus of this service is mostly catered to you and your family as a whole. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have!

Help with newborn while mom rests

Help mom and partner gain confidence in becoming parents
Answer partners questions and concerns
*Subject to availability. Hourly rate begins at $40/hr. Hourly rates increases with twins and triplets. Minimum of 5 hours for in-person services.
