Most of my support is offered virtually, so no matter where you are, you can access expert strategies and compassionate, judgment-free guidance right from home. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your family’s unique needs and parenting style, with occasional in-person support available for those nearby (for an extra hourly charge of $40 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours being in person).
With the right tools and reassurance, restful nights are possible—and I’m here to help you get there.
